What’s the difference between a Controller and a Fractional CFO?

How much do your services cost?

Do you replace my accountant or work with them?

Either option works. We can:
• Handle everything end to end, or
• Work alongside your existing accountant or tax firm
Many clients keep their year end accountant and rely on us for monthly financial leadership.
Can you help clean up messy books?

Absolutely. Cleanup is one of the most common starting points for new clients. We’ll review your books, fix errors, rebuild missing months, and set up proper systems so you can move forward with confidence.
What software do you work with?

How often will we meet?

• Bookkeeping clients: monthly check ins
• Controller clients: monthly or bi weekly
• Fractional CFO clients: bi weekly or weekly
We adjust based on your needs and growth stage.
Do you offer one time projects?
